If you have incorrectly logged into Adobe Creative Cloud using your student email, you will need to sign out of Adobe cloud and then sign back in following these instructions.
You can see the account currently signed in by clicking on the icon at the top right of the Creative Cloud Application window.
If you have correctly signed in, the account should end in @belridgecollege.wa.edu.au and not @student.education.wa.edu.au
If you have trouble signing out of the incorrect account, you may need to clear web browser cache to remove the old login.
Open your edge web browser if not already open:
To clear browser cache use the following keyboard combo (hold all 3 at once).
Select "All Time" as the time range.
If you want to keep your previous visited site and downloads uncheck the two top check boxes (Browsing History and Download History).
Press "Clear Now"
Back in Adobe Creative Cloud:
When you sign out and then attempt to sign back in, you should see the correct login process again.
